Jadara Elearning (the "App") is developed and provided by JORDANIAN EXPERTS FOR INFORMATION SECURITY. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and how you can contact us.

We only collect data required to provide course access and collaboration features. This may include:

• Course & educational data: assignments, quiz results, grades, activity logs and messages posted in forums/messaging.
• Device & identifiers: device identifiers and push tokens (stored locally for notifications).
• Media and files: photos, audio, video, and other files that you upload or record through the App.

We use data to: provide and operate the App (deliver courses, submit assignments, show grades), send notifications and administrative messages, respond to support requests, detect and prevent abuse, and improve our services. We will not use data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. Push tokens and device identifiers are sent to Firebase Cloud Messaging only to enable notification delivery; they are not used for advertising and are processed according to Firebase's security practices.

If we use other third-party services we will list them here.

The App will request permission before using a camera or microphone. You can change app permissions at any time in your device settings. For any feature that uploads sensitive data, we will make a clear in-app disclosure and ask for your explicit consent before data is transmitted.

We understand the importance of protecting the personal data of children under 13. The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. It is not our intention to ever directly collect personal data from a child.

We keep personal data while the account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your data (access controls, encryption where applicable). No system is 100% secure; please avoid uploading sensitive information you do not want stored.

You can request access, correction, or export of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable.

We may update this policy. We'll post an updated effective date and notify users through the App for material changes.
